2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 1xlote:
Age Verification: 1xlote reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the suspension period may be withheld.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one registered account on the 1xlote platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 1xlote reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xlote username and password. You agree to notify 1xlote immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 1xlote will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 1xlote may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to before processing withdrawals, after a certain cumulative deposit threshold, or if suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your 1xlote account at any time by contacting customer support. 1xlote reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 1xlote accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 1xlote is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 1xlote account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within one to three business hours, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by 1xlote within the timeframes published on the platform. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business hours. 1xlote reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Where operationally possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 1xlote may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the 1xlote platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.7 Transaction Fees. 1xlote does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1xlote accepts no responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 1xlote may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 1xlote are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified per promotion) before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 1xlote employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play between accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. 1xlote reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings derived from abusive play, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are available to each eligible player once only. Eligibility is determined per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
5.5 Promotional Changes. 1xlote reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 1xlote platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, financial, and conduct matters.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All 1xlote casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 1xlote reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. 1xlote's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xlote platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1xlote platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of 1xlote's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xlote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 1xlote's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1xlote account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 1xlote does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1xlote's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 1xlote collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 1xlote may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
11.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 1xlote, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact our support team.
12.1 1xlote reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1xlote will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
12.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the 1xlote platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
12.3 Your continued use of the 1xlote platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1xlote platform shall first be submitted to 1xlote's customer support team for resolution. 1xlote will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 1xlote's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described above.
